CEO Anton: "An out-of-the-hand hobby. We are a small importer in Kortrijk, West Flanders, of exclusively Italian wines. We search and buy our wines directly from the Italian producers and import everything ourselves. Our search leads us preferably to rather small producers and family businesses, which, however, have a high quality standard. We are convinced to be able to offer Italian wines in this way with a nice price/quality ratio."
Anton's wish was to be able to run his business both in Belgium and Italy (from a terrace in the sun, of course). At VinooPuro, both B2B and B2C customers were working with paper delivery vouchers. The prices per customer were kept in Excel. Everything was then manually inserted into an accounting package that was installed locally.Now the store is working with the cash register app, for B2B customers or large orders with the sales app. Each customer or customer group has a custom price list that can also be used on the webshop. Payments in the store (cash, payconiq, bancontact) are processed daily in batch at the press of a button. B2B payments are automatically processed thanks to the seamless link with accounting and bank accounts.
