Business Consultant

The role

With Konu, it's all about one thing: making things go forward. We implement Odoo as the core of a wider software ecosystem for medium and large SMEs. No theoretical pathways or consultants that disappear after a presentation, but people who take responsibility until it works in practice.

What you will do

In practice, you are involved throughout an implementation: from discussing processes with management and key users to configuration, testing, training and follow-up. You work directly with business owners and CEOs who expect results and have little patience for vague answers. You must therefore adapt quickly, communicate clearly and maintain an overview in environments where many things are happening at once.

You work with businesses where logistics, finance, operations and sales are under daily pressure, and where software directly affects how hundreds of people work. These are demanding projects that need people willing to take responsibility.

Who we are looking for

This means spending a lot of time with customers, on site among the people and processes, where you see problems and solutions you would never notice from behind a screen. There is flexibility, but this is not a remote-first role. We strongly believe in working together on location, both at customers’ premises and at our Kortrijk office. We are therefore looking for someone who lives within approximately 50 km of Kortrijk.

We are not looking for a purely technical profile, nor necessarily someone who already knows Odoo: we will teach you. What matters more is quickly understanding how an organisation works, asking the right questions and helping people embrace change. Experience in consulting, operations or a demanding scale-up environment is a strong advantage.

You do not work alone. You work daily with colleagues in Belgium and Sri Lanka, so you communicate fluently in Dutch and English. You usually support customers in Dutch, while documentation, analyses and technical communication are often in English.

You are proactive, punctual and a strong communicator. You think critically, work in a structured way and stay calm when things become complex. You also have the maturity to recognise what you do not yet know and the curiosity to keep learning from colleagues and customers.
